We will endeavour to send all orders to you as cost effectively as possible. We will send orders either through Royal Mail (small, less bulky items) or through our courier, Interlink Express. Whilst we endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Royal Mail:
For Royal Mail 2nd class deliveries please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for items lost, delayed or damaged by Royal Mail.

Courier:
Orders received before 14:00 Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) will be delivered the following working day. Orders received Friday before 14:00 will be delivered Monday. Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed and despatched on the next working day and you will receive your order the following day. Please also note that whilst we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible we cannot guarantee the above delivery schedule as deliveries are done by a third party courier company. Please ensure that there will be someone available to accept delivery of your order as a signature will be required. In the event that there is no-one available to receive the order, a card will be left with instructions for a second delivery attempt or collection from the local depot

Each additional kg is charged at £0.25 per kilo.

Delivery is only available to mainland UK addresses.

Free Delivery on Bulldog Garden Tools:
If other items are purchased from the store delivery will be chargeable on these items. Free delivery applies only to the Bulldog products.
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of Bulldog Tools.

Hard Landscaping



When you place an order for Hard Landscaping products there are a few things you need to consider.
Delivery will be to the nearest kerbside or hard standing by taillift lorry and manually operated pallet truck.
Delivery can only be made to flat, level hard standing.  We are unable to deliver onto roads on an incline, gravel drives or lawned areas.

Delivery will normally take place within 7 working days of receipt of your order.  Where possible customers will be contacted in advance to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only.
The following postcodes will be subject to a surcharge of £20.00 per pallet:
Dundee & Perth - DD, PH1-18
Scottish Highlands - AB10-56, IV 1-39 & 52-54, KW1-14, PH19-41, PA21-33 & 35-40

All orders must be signed for on delivery.

Please be aware that these products are heavy and care should be taken when lifting.  Protective gloves and footwear should be worn.
